IDK Anyway Kelly was performing in New Jersey at some cheap hole in the wall lounge or something and had a malfunction with her outfit, pictured above is Kelly before her (so called) wardrobe issue. FYI I only post this because it was such a coincidence and why not I posted Nikki's right and they both just got boob jobs ( who was your doctor... refund please for the loss of feeling) Anyway...
